There is a lot to write about bonuses. Also, there is a lot of discussions about bonuses. Most of the complaints that players have with casinos have this subject. We try to explain in this article just one aspect, being the non cashable bonus.
Read T and C’s! And do this before making any wager! We can not repeat this enough ...
In many cases, the bonus is non-cashable. This means that the bonus will not be returned to your account. It will be deducted from your winnings at the casino.
At the point of cash out! When you have played, grabbed enough cash and go to the ‘Cashier’ you will see that all the bonus cash will be removed from the total amount of cash won. An example: if you redeem a $500 bonus and withdraw $1,500, you will receive $1,000.
Another name for a ‘non cashable’ bonus = ‘sticky’ bonus. For clear information, we give another example. The casino offers a sticky (non cashable) bonus of 200% up to $200. That means if you deposit $100 you will get $200 bonus, giving you $300 as starting balance to play with. After meeting the wagering requirements, you ask for the withdrawal. At that moment the casino will deduct the $200 bonus from your account.
We describe a few situations when asking a withdrawal:
• You have $400 in your account. Remember: $200 is sticky bonus, $100 is your deposit, and $100 are your winnings. The casino will return you only $200 because the $200 bonus will be deducted. Your profit? $100.
• You have $220 in your account (after meeting wagering requirements). You will be allowed to withdraw only $20. In real life wallet, this means that you end up losing $80.
• You have $150 in your account? You cannot withdraw anything, since the bonus amount was $200. Your loss = $100, being your own deposit.
